Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. However, please note that once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Refund Policy

  5. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  6. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
